No it's not possible.

Having multiple multicast groups on the same Ethernet segment doesn't make
sense. The consumer / downstream should always send their Interests to all
NDN nodes on this segment, and then each recipient can decide whether to
accept those Interests based on their FIB.

My dissertation "NDN-NIC" section describes a hardware device to perform
name based filtering on the recipient side, in order to reduce overhead of
the above approach.
