[ndnSIM] [ndnSIM-NLSR] Installation Error

There has been some changes to NLSR since that port and the instructions 
are outdated. At that time ndn-cxx version in ndnSIM was v0.4.1.

So I think you will have to port the latest NLSR for things to work. If 
you want to get the port up to date, I can help you with any questions.

Currently we don't have the capacity to work on the port.
