[ndnSIM] Data packet aggregation

Hi Lixia Zhang,

I am referring to the multicast forwarding strategy where the consumer
sends out one interest to retrieve data from all the producers who have
published the same prefix.

Please correct me if I have misunderstood the multicast forwarding strategy.
