[ndnSIM] Problem in installing ndnSIM 2.1 / 2.2

Also, waf gives you an option to specify where the cryptopp library is located (run ./waf -h for more details):

--with-cryptopp=CRYPTOPP_DIR
Path to where CryptoPP is installed, e.g., /usr/local

By default, they assume that it is located under /usr/local if I am not mistaken.
