[ndnSIM] when is a new NetDeviceFaceCallback needed?

I'm trying to use CCN over Power line communication topology but unfortunately it's not working

Do I need to define a new NetDeviceFaceCallback to support PLC_Netdevice?
Can any example be provided to help me ?
