Is there any solution to control congestion in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networking Based on NDN?I mean applying Congestion Control in application like "Rapid Traffic Information Dissemination" which have been discussed in http://lasr.cs.ucla.edu/afanasyev/data/files/Wang/nom.pdfBest Regards
