[Ndn-interest] [EXT] Issue with registerPrefix using .net code

Hi Adam

If you are using https://github.com/named-data/ndn-dot-net library, please
note that the library has been effectively abandoned, i.e. does not have a
current maintainer.
Consequently, the library is incompatible with current NFD release and thus
does not work.
