[Ndn-interest] How to use repo-ng?

This indicates either the certificate is not properly inserted to repo-ng,
or repo-ng is not answering the Interest.

Finally, I tried to install ndns, but when I do sudo ./waf it told me:
> "ERROR: BASE64 is not part of ndn:io class".

ndn::io::BASE64 is added to ndn-cxx on Sep 03. Your ndn-cxx version is too
old.
