[Ndn-interest] nrd running exception of older version of NFD and ndn-cxx

Hi Shuo,

The error indicates that there is mismatch between versions (specifically, versions of the management protocols) of the library and NFD.  You either need to use the latest versions of both or the released version 0.2.0.
