You'll have to find the underlying issue of not having the correct
configuration. Please contribute the fix back to mini-ndn repository.

Merely correcting NFD faces will cause non-convergence because NLSR is
still looking for wrong or non-existent faces. If you corrected NLSR config
as well, I don't see why it won't converge.
