Dear folks
I believe the goal is different.
IPv17, according to the tweet, is to increase network speed, while the
narrow waist is still based on host addresses.
NDN is designed to be a distribution network, which changes the narrow
waist to "content chunks", so that application does not need to map the
*what* users care about to the *where* used in network.
