[Nfd-dev] nfd-status currentTime only updates every 5 seconds

We are using the ouput from nfd-status-http-server to calculate the link 
bandwidths
for http://ndnmap.arl.wustl.edu/.
nfd-status-http-server uses nfd-status to collect its data. We just 
noticed that
The 'currentTime' field reported by nfd-status only  updates about every 
5 seconds.
It looks like the data associated with each face updates immediately, 
but the
currentTime reported does not.

Is there a reason for this or is it a bug?

I'll include below the output from a script looking at one face and 
currentTime
while doing an ndnping across that face so the data associated with the
face will be changing every second. I also print the 'date'.
