Jeff,

That sounds good to me. For jNDN, you may want to implement Cubic
directly, without going through AIMD first. It should be fairly simple
to adapt the equations in increaseWindow() and decreaseWindow(), see
pipeline-interests-cubic.cpp in ndn-tools.
