[Nfd-dev] Can ndn-tool(chunks) use the cached data on the intermediate node?

Thanks! I'll try. And I have another question. After I use the tc tool to
add 30 ms delay in server, the run ndnput chunks, but the ndncatchunks get
some errors.

What's the reason of that? Does the chunks tool have limited rtt? Where can
I find the related setting?
