[Nfd-dev] NFD dropping packets

Hi Peter,

I don't understand what you mean by "old code", what is old? Your app? The
library? NFD? All of them? What library is your app using?

Are you using any v0.3 packet format features in your app, such as Interest
Parameters? If so, or if for some other reason your library is encoding the
Interest in v0.3 format, then the decoder in NFD will not accept any TLV
elements that were removed in v0.3, such as Selectors (type=9), and will
drop the packet.
