Hi Andrey,

Let me make sure I understand your question correctly. Are you setting your
PC as  an NDN node?   . There could be several reasons why its not working
correctly. It could be a firewall.  We never got it work with our PC. We
always used the spurs.cs.ucla.edu route. Alex Afanasyev from the NDN lab is
the best to answer this question.
