[Nfd-dev] ndn-cxx breaking change for security-related constants

Dear all,

Previously used KEY_TYPE_*, KEY_CLASS_*, DIGEST_ALGORITHM_*, ENCRYPT_MODE_*, ACL_TYPE_* enum constants are being replaced with enum classes KeyType, KeyClass, DigestAlgorithm, and EncryptMode.

This change is known to affect ndn-tools and ndns projects for which the relevant patches has been created.  If you're using these constants in your application, please prepare changes that will go in effect in master branch of ndn-cxx library on or after August 10, 2016.
