[ndnSIM] Fixing PIT size

Hello Everyone

I'm trying to write a simulation in which:
A) I want to fix the size(No of entries) of the PIT table on some specified
nodes.
B) Once the size of the PIT is full and an interest packet arrives, I still
want the node to still forward the packet to the next node without creating
a PIT entry(since the table is already full).

How can I do this?
