[ndnSIM] CS trace file generation

Dear members,

I run the example ndn-tree-cs-tracers.cpp from the example folder. It shows
the all the Cache hits and Caches misses as 0.

I again run with the debug mode, and have found that content are delivered
as per the interest.
Why could not I show the Cachehits from the trace file ?
