[ndnSIM] Right way to find Satisfaction Ratio

Hello,
Yes you have to use the L3RateTracer of ndnSIM. The satisfaction ratio can
be obtained from the stats of appFace of the consumer, which can be
calculated as follows:
 InInterests / InSatisfiedInterests (You should use PacketRaw column).
