[ndnSIM] ndnSIM help

Hi,

I am very new to ndnSIM. Can experts help me to solve my issue?

1. I have successfully installed ndnSIM at my UBUNTU 20.04 OS. The default scenarios of ndnSIM in Example folder can run. Now I want to write my own scenario. So, what is the procedure to write my scenario. I mean, in which folder, I should create my .cpp scenario?

2. My second question is:

What does this statement mean "NDN is a “universal overlay”: NDN can run over anything, including IP, and anything can run over NDN, including IP". Does it mean that, In a single scenario, can we work on both NDN and IP according to our need?
