[ndnSIM] Timer based forwarding.

hey everyone
How to add a timer for interest Broadcast control. I have to control it
based on hop count. I have tried it in strategy.cpp.
 hop count is a part of the name I check in the TLV and Tags but how can i
access it.
i use a suggested method of name.get().toUri
<https://www.codota.com/code/java/methods/net.named_data.jndn.Interest/toUri>(?);
name component but in vain. A humble request to all the member please guide
me.
