[ndnSIM] ndnsim.net certificate expired

Dear All,

I'm new here, so I'm wondering whether it's ok to talk about certificate
for ndnsim.net here.

It seems that the certificate for ndnsim.net is expired.
Because of this, the browser shows a warning every time I visit
documentation.Some JavaScript functions are also disabled.

Could anyone update the certificate?

I'm sorry for my broken english.
