[ndnSIM] [EXT] Using ndndump

Hi Bardhi

You cannot directly use ndndump or tcpdump in ndnSIM.
You can use ns-3 PCAP tracing helper to save the traffic on a link to a
.pcap file.

Then, install NDN dissector for Wireshark, and open the pcap file with
Wireshark.
