[ndnSIM] Triggering CS operations periodically

I am trying to implement a custom CS policy in ndnSIM and have some queries
regarding the same.

1) How to perform operations on CS periodically based on system timer?

2) How to add new custom tags in an Interest packet?

3) Is versioning of data packets supported in NDNSim for differentiating
the old and new data for the same prefix?
