[ndnSIM] Topology Reader Main File

I am doing the third example" 9-node grid example using topology plugin" of
ndnSIM tutorials. In this example instead of defining the topology
directly, ndnSIM provides experimental extended versions of TopologyReader
classes: AnnotatedTopologyReader.
Actually the question is, I want to locate the main file of the topology
reader where all the functions and methods are written to read the
topo-grid-3*3.text file.
