[ndnSIM] Forwarding Strategy

Hello!

I am trying to test a forwarding strategy that uses distance as a parameter. I
found a code in github that has some things I could use in my code. However,
I can't mount with ./waf.
I greatly appreciate anyone who can help me and point out what I am doing
wrong.
I am attaching the modified NFD and ndn-cxx folder. In addition, I also
attach the output I receive on my terminal.
