[ndnSIM] Reg: ndnSIM installation

Hello sir,
When i'm try to install the ndnSIM in step 2: sudo add-apt-repository
ppa:boost-latest/ppa getting following error message.

E: Failed to fetch
http://ppa.launchpad.net/boost-latest/ppa/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages
 404  Not Found
