[ndnSIM] 'protobuf' not found (when porting NLSR)

Maybe you need to install protobuf:

https://named-data.net/doc/NLSR/0.3.0/INSTALL.html#prerequisites

(Note that current version of NLSR (0.5.0) does not depend on protobuf any more).
