[ndnSIM] Get All Faces while implementing custom forwarding strategy

Well, the issue I was facing was that the FIB was not listing all the paths
that were reachable from the node. But as you hinted towards the routing
protocol, the issue got resolved by changing the function from
GlobalRoutingHelper:: CalculateRoutes() to  GlobalRoutingHelper::
CalculateAllPossibleRoutes().
