[ndnSIM] Using the ComsumerWindow Application

Yes. I have. Here's the logging for consumer and producer in a simulation
with 1 STATION node and 3 seconds of simulation with no data size limit as
described earlier:

+0.000000000s -1 ndn.Producer:Producer()
+0.000000000s 53 ndn.Producer:StartApplication()
+0.000000000s 54 ndn.Consumer:StartApplication()
+0.000000000s 54 ndn.Consumer:StartApplication()
+0.000000000s 54 ndn.Consumer:SendPacket()
+0.000000000s 54 ndn.Consumer:SendPacket()

However, when I do set a data size limit (e.g. 2MB), then it's working
without any issue. Here's the log for this:
