[ndnSIM] Compiling Error on Scenario-Template(2.4)

Hi, yes I do solved it. Sorry I had to share  my solution with the community. Please run the NDN_includes the location as it described  in https://redmine.named-data.net/issues/2662 then you need create symbolic links as extra steps do.
