[ndnSIM] ndnSIM and VANETs communication

Hello,

I am a student. I am working on the vehicular named data networking and I
am in the simulation phase. I installed the ndnSim and doesn't know how to
proceed in order to have a vehicular communication in ndnSIM.

I would like to know the all necessary development tools and libraries to
install in order to have the VANETs environment as well as sample codes.
