[ndnSIM] IoT over NDN

Hi,

setting up a custom scenario requires a number of steps associated both with ndnSIM and NS-3 itself. I would suggest that you take a look at the already implemented ndnSIM scenarios that we provide and also scenarios created by other users for their own simulations.
