[ndnSIM] How to locate nodes in the correct position in visualizer

Dear all

I am working with ndnSIM-NLSR and I want to use 5_node_router.brite as
the topology. Although in that file the position of nodes are
different but when I use visualizer all the nodes locate in the same
position. I would appreciate if you help me how to locate the 
nodes in the correct position.
