[ndnSIM] ndnSIM compile/link error with libprotobuf.a.

[saran nath]

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libprotobuf.a was a stale entry and after
cleaning it up, I am able to successfully compile/link. Thanks. Saran.
