[ndnSIM] Substitute of Class Limits in ndnSIM 2.0

Hi Yoshimichi,

ndnSIM 2.0 and later versions use NFD to do the actual packet forwarding. NFD does not do any rate limiting for now.

You could implement your own rate limiting mechanisms as a part of your forwarding strategy. Please take a look at the provided forwarding strategies and the NFD developer’s guide for more information:
