[ndnSIM] re-compiles everything after a very slight change

Hi folks,

A very simple problem:

Imagine I commit a very slight change in the code (e.g., adding a variable
to interest.hpp), and then I run ndn-simple.cpp (without changing
anything). Then it first compiles ALL of codes. I do not know the reason,
but this is very time consuming as one is supposed to commit a lot of
changes before his code works properly, and it is normal to run almost
after each and every change.

Thank you for any guidance.

Rgds,
C
