[ndnSIM] Custom Strategy - undefined reference errors?

Junxiao,

I subclassed MulticastStrategy.  The instructions on the site say to create
your own custom strategy you subclass Strategy.  I suspect it works that
way with one of the derived classes from Strategy also.
