[ndnSIM] consumer app

Hi,
  how can i realize a consumer APP that after client receive the data for the previous interest, than client can send the next interest to the net, rather than send interest depend on sending rate.
  i.e. after client send a interest, no matter how long client have to wait for the correspond data, it can not send next interest until receive the data.
