[ndnSIM] Command line option to enable debug logs from all modules.

Hi,

Right now when I run my simulator application, I provide the modules on
command line from which I enable the debug logs. This list of argument is
increasing now.

Is there any way, I can just enable the logs from every module in my
application without having to specify them on command line?
