[ndnSIM] Question about the example : ndn-grid-topo-plugin-red-queues.cc

Hello.

Can we use ip-based red queue in ndnsim2.0?
I found the example *ndn-grid-topo-plugin-red-queues.cc *in example folder
And the topology is like below:
[Node0       Node1       1Mbps       1       10ms
 ns3::RedQueue,MeanPktSize=100]
I am not sure it is working well now. and how can I designate minth and
maxth in RedQueue? what is the meaning of MeanPktSize?
