[ndnSIM] ndnSIM installation

[Shahrear Tanzil]

Hi,
I am new user of ndnSIM. I followed the procedure mention in
http://ndnsim.net/2.0/getting-started.html to install. However, I am
receiving the following error message.


/usr/bin/ld: /usr/local/lib/libndn-cxx.a(data.cpp.2.o): relocation
R_X86_64_32 against `.rodata.str1.1' can not be used when making a shared
object; recompile with -fPIC
/usr/local/lib/libndn-cxx.a: error adding symbols: Bad value
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
