[ndnSIM] ndnSIM 1.O: Running new created scenarios in examples or scratch folder

Hello Everyone,

I am facing the problem of running my new create scenarios in examples or
scratch folders.
Any hint on how to fix this issue will be appreciated.

The exiting scenarios such as ndn-simple, ndn-simple-tcp, etc. are running
without any problem.
