[ndnSIM] Set a random data rate for each NDN packet generated.

Hello,

I would like to ask about a doubt that I have. Is it possible to allocate
different Data Rate for each one of the Interests and Data messages issued?
It means to generate a random value for the Data Rate taken from a given
distribution every time that a new packet is generated?

If this is possible, could you please explain me how this could be done?
