[ndnSIM] ndn-simple-with-pcap

[lzy]

i run example :ndn-simple-with-pcap successfully,but under /ns3 ndn-simple-trace.pcap isnt created. i wonder why it happens.
because i when i run wimax-simple it will create four *.pcap files.
