[ndnSIM] Change payload of content packet

Hi Chavoosh,

You just need to modify the Producer implementation (or write your own producer class).  For the payload, you could use any of the methods to create payload "Packet" (http://www.nsnam.org/doxygen/classns3_1_1_packet.html), to which you will be adding NDN header/footer.
