[ndnSIM] car2car

Hi Alex,

When I run ' LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib ./waf --run=car-relay ', the screen displays as following:


Waf: Entering directory ‘ /root/ndnsim-0427/ndnSIM-nom-rapid-car2car/build ’
Waf: Leaving directory ‘ /root/ndnsim-0427/ndnSIM-nom-rapid-car2car/build ’
‘build’ finished successfully (0.084s)


It only uses 0.084s obviously. I'm uncertain whether it simulates the file or not?
