[ndnSIM] Is it possible to make NDN run on top of TCP & Python script

In fact, I like ndnSIM very much and am willing to contribute more to it. But I am not sure whether I have enough time to do that, since I am preparing for a Infocom paper. Maybe after that I can try, OK?
