[ndnSIM] Is it possible to make NDN run on top of TCP & Python script

Forgot to answer your second question.  It is possible to write python scripts as a simulation scenario (and ndnSIM supports that), but I would not really recommend it.  With python you have really limited control of what is happening and not every functionality is available through python.
